Shipping Policy

Creating Shippable Products

Our product recipes have been developed such that it is fit to ship and has a shelf life of approximately 6-9 weeks (based on the product) from shipping when stored in the appropriate guided conditions. 

Packaging Perishable Products

Our products are packed in sealed packs which are custom designed to maintain the best product quality. All our packaging material is of A grade quality to ensure there is no compromise to the flavour, texture and quality of our product.  We have undertaken months of R&D to ensure that the product taste and quality experience you get when it is shipped is the same as you do in our Pune customers

Shipping The Products 

Once the order email is received, the products are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Our logistics are handled by a number of courier companies so that we don’t miss delivering to any remote regions who will be transporting it from Pune to your city by the best possible route, time frame and safety 

Placing Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Received email 

Once your order is confirmed by us, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please note that in the event your order has not been confirmed and there is no Order Confirmation mail received, your order will not be processed & dispatched. In the event the customer is unavailable to confirm the order over the phone, our Customer Care team will re-attempt via text and via email. In the event the customer does not confirm in any manner, the order will be deemed as cancelled and an Order Cancellation mail will be sent to the customer. 

Once your order is confirmed and your product has been dispatched, we will send you an Order Dispatch email. 

Once your order has been delivered, we will send a Delivery Confirmation email, asking for your feedback.
